Yet when I use those same applications in Windows 7/8.1 it's fast. Every Windows 10 machine I've tested this on (5 of them so far) is the same. This is all within the same domain, vlan, etc. Everything is slow.mouse, ui drawing, etc.
The only other one that doesn't give a slow experience is the Remote Desktop Preview app by MS but that has it's own issues.īasically when remoting to a server it's like connecting to VPN via dialup. I've tried RDCMan, Devolutions Remote Desktop Manager, mremote, Terminals.you name it. Unfortunately I've found that every remote desktop application (save for Remote Desktop Connection) provides a very slow experience when remoting to any type of machine.Server 2012, 2012 R2, 2008 R2, etc.
I've recently moved to Windows 10 at work.
